With over 25 years experience in executive search and talent acquisition, Dickson has a demonstrated record of success in completing engagements in the Biopharmaceutical ad Financial Service industries.

Prior to rejoining Dickson Smith & Co. Inc. in 2016, he spent two years with a global executive search firm as a Managing Director contributing to its Financial Service, Life Science, and Private Equity practice groups. Dickson founded Dickson Smith & Co., Inc., after earlier co-founding Kinlin & Smith. He began his career with J. Robert Scott, a subsidiary of Fidelity Investments conducting global search mandates in the Financial Service and Biopharmaceutical industries.

Dickson attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and studied further at the University of Stockholm’s International Graduate School.

Dickson has been a Member of the Town of Dover Massachusetts Warrant (Finance) Committee responsible for recommending the fiscal year budget at Town Meeting and working collaboratively with the Town Administrator and Members of the Board of Selectman. He has also been a Member of the Capital Budget Committee. Dickson is currently a Firefighter and EMT with the Dover Fire Department, and has served since September 2001.
